We know that sometimes it happens but please be careful. If you buy the wrong size in a standard boot then please send it back to us and we will post the right size but postage is at your cost. Unfortunately, if it is made-to-order we are unable to exchange it.

This does vary from time to time but usually boots take 8-12 weeks to manufacture but do keep in mind the factory closes over Christmas for three weeks, so this does make a difference.
Always order the size bigger than your pants. So, for example if you wear 34 jeans, order a 36 belt. If you are unsure, too big is always better than too small.
All our products are shipped directly from Australia using Australia Post. You will be notified by email at the time of dispatch and given a tracking number. We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items with Australia Post. If something like this occurs we can submit a complaint but it is in the hands of Australia Post. Please contact us if this was to occur. All products are sent from Australia and any import charges are your responsibility. If you are unsure please give us a ring, we are only too happy to help and have a lot of experience in most countries.
We are happy to exchange products if the wrong size is ordered, however this needs to be done within 30 days and the cost of freight is yours. Any footwear with signs of wear will not be exchanged, products must be returned in perfect condition. In the case of items that are made-to-order, these cannot be exchanged as they are made specifically for you. The cost of return postage will be at your cost. If you believe that the goods are faulty, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the product to be returned and either fixed or replaced at no cost. Please note, change of mind is not a reason for return. If a product is returned without explanation or outside these terms it will be returned to you at your cost.
