All our products are shipped directly from Australia using Australia Post. You will be notified by email at the time of dispatch and given a tracking number. We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items with Australia Post. If something like this occurs we can submit a complaint but it is in the hands of Australia Post. Please contact us if this was to occur.
All products are sent from Australia and any import charges are your responsibility. If you are unsure please give us a ring, we are only too happy to help and have a lot of experience in most countries.
We are happy to exchange products if the wrong size is ordered, however this needs to be done within 30 days. Any footwear with signs of wear will not be exchanged. Products must be returned in perfect condition and the cost of return postage will be your cost.
In the case of items that are made-to-order, these cannot be exchanged or returned as they are made specifically for you.
If you believe that the goods are faulty, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the product to be returned and either fixed or replaced.
