How do I know what size to order?
Size is of course our most frequent question. RMs are based on UK sizes and are true to this size scale.
In converting from US ladies sizes we drop 3 full sizes. US 8B = RM 5. In ladies boots we only carry Medium width and that is a little wider than a normal US medium.
In converting from US mens sizes we drop 1 full size. US9 = RM8. In many of our boots we have both Medium and Wide available ( Turnout, Craftsman, Comfort Craftsman, Blaxland, Drover and Yard Boot). All others are only available in Medium. Turnout and Craftsman are also available in F (Narrow) fittings if required.
Our Medium width is a little wider than a US D fitting and our boots should be comfortable straight out of the box.
Although you can always return boots for credit or exchange it is important to get it right the first time because the freight cost is substantial.
What is your Return Policy?
If for any reason you were not happy with the boots you are welcome to return any unworn items for a full refund (excluding shipping) but please do this within 14 days of your purchase. Before returning any goods email me for instruction in regard to shipping and documentation. Made-to-Order boots cannot be returned or exchanged.
RM Williams has significantly reduced the Made-to-Order option for all boot styles. We have changed our website to reflect the reduced number of colour and style options for boots. We are very sorry that we are no longer able to provide the extensive choice we have in the past.
How safe are my Credit Card details when I buy from you across the Internet ?
We have a secure site and your Credit Card information is as safe as the technology allows. If this is a concern just check the button on our Order Page and I will phone you to obtain your Credit card information. An alternative is to email your details split across 2 or 3 emails.
What is the cost of shipping and how long does it take to receive my order ?

Within Australia we ship with eParcel. $8 for orders under $150. $12 for orders over $150
International Shipping usually takes 7-14 days. We deliver internationally with ECI (Express Courier International) and Pack’n’Track both services from Australia Post. We will always email you with complete shipping details so you can track your shipment on the Internet. International Shipping costs AUS$50 for a pair of boots. Delivery to your door is usually by the local postal service.
What if you are out of stock of the item I order ?
If we are out of stock or unable to ship within 3 days for any reason at all we will email you and advise you what the delay is likely to be.
In what currency do you charge my Credit Card ?
We charge your Credit Card in AUD$ and your Credit Card Company does the conversion to your own currency on the day they process the transaction.
